Hsiu-Yan Chan, Chair, Suncor Energy Products
Since 2003, Hsiu-Yan has been an active company program and in-class program volunteer because she enjoys sharing real world business concepts with youth. Hsiu-Yan joined the board of directors in 2004 and currently represents JA Sarnia Lambton as the board chair. She has been an employee of Suncor Energy's Sarnia refinery since 2003 where she is the Product Coordinator.

Melissa Chong, Secretary, Freedom 55
Graduated from the business insurance program at Fanshawe College, Melissa has learned about the property/casualty side of insurance. She works for Freedom 55 Financial in Sarnia Lambton as a financial security advisor. She continually upgrades her knowledge and skills through extra professional development courses and working toward her designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She helps her clients identify their goals and design a plan with them to achieve their objection. It’s important to her to provide her clients with educated advice based on their individual needs.
She joined Junior Achievement in the fall of 2005. During her high school years, she was active in the Company Programs that JA offers. When returning home from Fanshawe, she wanted to join an organization which was directly involved with the Lambton community. She admires that JA believes in uniting the business leaders with our youth, and giving them opportunities to learn and understand the workings of the business world.

Pat Voegelin, Director, Lambton College
Pat has been employed with Lambton College for 19 years and has coordinated the Continuing Education area for the past 10 years. Currently, he oversees the Continuing Education area with a main responsibility for the online learning initiative. A Rotarian, Pat is fulfilling the role of District Governor for Rotary District 6330 for the 2006-2007 Rotary year. Junior Achievement approached Pat with the opportunity to join the Sarnia Chapter Board of Directors in 2002.
